YOUR GOVERNMENT

Each adjutant deals with the issues in their block, and advocates for the people living there to the controller. All advocates are responsible for the upkeep, safety and well-being of their block.

Controller: Elected by citizens of Bliss, the Controller appoints the seven adjutants, one for each block, and the judicator. Manages the money supply.
Judicator: appoints five judges. in charge of criminal justice.

Adjutants

Residential Block Adjutant
Deals with housing concerns, also in charge of the census-- communicates needs for more housing to the controller who signs the check.
Commercial Block Adjutant
Decides on what businesses will exist in Bliss, must be approved by the controller. Also responsible for the upkeep of the block, the appearance of the buildings, etc.
Recreational Block Adjutant
Pushes for developments to the Recreational Block, and ensures its safety and upkeep.
Research Block Adjutant
Provides reports to the controller about what research is is being conducted, who is involved, what kind of results they produce, and what kind of funding they need to conduct further research. All projects must be cleared by the controller. Also tells the scientists what the Controller wants.
Education Block Adjutant
Facilitates standardized testing, meets with students, teachers and principals, and presents the overall status of education to the controller. Often pushes for increased funding, higher teacher qualifications, smaller classes, etc.
Industrial Block Adjutant
Takes a survey of industrial output and presents a report to the controller. Often pushes for better working conditions for those working in the industrial block.
